A quick guide for guests and hosts.
On Homes, search by city and pick your dates and number of guests. Tap any listing to see photos, what's included, the house rules, and the host's profile and reviews.
Some listings are Instant Book — they confirm right away. Others are Request to book, where the host has 24 hours to accept. You pay securely by card when you book, and Hoy holds the money safely until your stay.
A private chat opens once your booking is confirmed (or once the host accepts your request). That's where you share your arrival time and ask questions. Messaging stays closed before then — it keeps everyone safe and on Hoy.
Same idea: pick an experience (a tour, a meal, a class) or a service (chef, photographer, henna, tutoring, cleaning), choose a date and how many people, and book. You meet the host at the spot, or they come to you.
We send a reminder 24 hours before. Your check-in details show up in your chat with the host.
After your stay or service, you can review the host. Reviews come only from people who actually booked, so they're real.

Hoy pays hosts via EVC Plus after each completed stay. Your payout goes to the exact number below, so it must be a live EVC Plus account that can receive money.
